膜(mo)(mo)生(sheng)物(wu)反應器一(yi)體(ti)化裝(zhuang)置(zhi)是膜(mo)(mo)分離技(ji)術(shu)與生(sheng)物(wu)技(ji)術(shu)相結合(he)的一(yi)種新型水處理技(ji)術(shu)。該裝(zhuang)置(zhi)采用膜(mo)(mo)分離設備,將活性污泥法(fa)及大(da)(da)分子(zi)有機物(wu)保留在生(sheng)化反應池內,跳過二沉(chen)池。通過膜(mo)(mo)分離技(ji)術(shu),生(sheng)物(wu)反應器的功能大(da)(da)大(da)(da)增(zeng)強(qiang),活性污泥法(fa)濃度大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提(ti)高,hrt 和 srt 分別得到控制(zhi)。
膜(mo)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)反應(ying)器(qi)(MBR)技術(shu)用于MBR污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)(chu)理設備,是(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)處(chu)(chu)理技術(shu)與膜(mo)分離(li)技術(shu)相結合的新型設備,替代傳(chuan)統(tong)工藝中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的二沉池,可強效進行固液分離(li),獲得穩定的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)直接使(shi)用。它還能(neng)保持生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)池中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)濃度的微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)量,過程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)剩余污泥少,能(neng)有效去(qu)除氨氮,出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)懸浮物(wu)(wu)(wu)和(he)濁(zhuo)度接近于零,出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)細菌和(he)病毒去(qu)除量大,能(neng)耗低,占(zhan)地面積小(xiao)。20世紀70年代,膜(mo)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)反應(ying)器(qi)在(zai)美國、日本(ben)、南非和(he)許多歐洲被用于污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)和(he)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)(chu)理。水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源(yuan)為生(sheng)(sheng)活污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(如淋(lin)浴(yu)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、衛生(sheng)(sheng)間排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、洗衣房(fang)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、廚(chu)房(fang)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、衛生(sheng)(sheng)間排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)等。)和(he)冷(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。

特點
1對污染物的去除率高,抗污泥進行(xing)膨(peng)脹發展(zhan)能力(li)強,出水水質安全穩(wen)定提供可靠,出水中我(wo)們沒有懸浮物;
2膜生物(wu)反應器實現了(le)泥(ni)齡SRT和水力停留時間HRT的分(fen)離控制(zhi),大(da)大(da)簡化(hua)了(le)設計和運(yun)行。
3 膜(mo)的(de)機械保持(chi)避免(mian)了微生物的(de)流失,在生物反應(ying)器(qi)中可保持(chi)高污(wu)泥濃度,從而(er)增加體積負荷(he),減(jian)少污(wu)泥負荷(he),具(ju)有較強的(de)抗沖擊性。
4由于污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)停(ting)留時間(jian)較長(chang),生(sheng)物反應器(qi)起到了“污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)硝化池”的(de)作用,大大減少(shao)了污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)產(chan)量(liang),剩(sheng)余(yu)污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)產(chan)量(liang)低,污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)處(chu)理成本低。
5由于膜(mo)封閉,srt 延長(chang),產生(sheng)有利(li)于減(jian)緩細(xi)胞增殖的微生(sheng)物(wu)。如果硝化細(xi)菌(jun)在環境中生(sheng)長(chang),可以提高(gao)系統(tong)的硝化能力,提高(gao)難降解(jie)高(gao)分子有機化合物(wu)的處理效率
6MBR曝氣池中的(de)(de)(de)活(huo)性污泥不會隨(sui)出水流失(shi),而(er)是(shi)會隨(sui)著運行過程中進入的(de)(de)(de)有(you)機物濃度的(de)(de)(de)變化而(er)變化,達到動態(tai)平衡,使系(xi)統出水穩(wen)定(ding),耐沖擊負荷;
7較大的(de)(de)(de)(de)水力資(zi)源循環發展導致了污水的(de)(de)(de)(de)均勻(yun)混合,因而使(shi)企業活(huo)性(xing)污泥有很好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)分散(san)性(xing),大大可(ke)以提(ti)高生物活(huo)性(xing)污泥的(de)(de)(de)(de)比表面積(ji)。MBR系統中(zhong)活(huo)性(xing)污泥的(de)(de)(de)(de)高度分散(san)是(shi)(shi)提(ti)高我國水處理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)又一個重要原因。這是(shi)(shi)一個普通(tong)生化法水處理(li)工程技術已經(jing)形(xing)成具有較大的(de)(de)(de)(de)菌 膠團(tuan)所難以控制相比的(de)(de)(de)(de);
